Simulator & Equipment Restrictions
a) Age Restrictions
Alcohol service is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required.
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18+.
Participants under 16 must be always supervised on equipment.
Recommended minimum age: 12+ for all simulator equipment.
No under-18s permitted after 8:00pm.
Age recommendations are based on equipment size, physical demands, and safety considerations and do not guarantee suitability.
b) Simulator-Specific Policies
Racing Simulator
Racing simulators are recommended for participants aged 12 years and over due to the physical size of the equipment, force-feedback systems, and coordination required. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and must comply with all height, weight, medical, and safety requirements. Use of the racing simulators is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Golf Simulator
Golf simulators are recommended for ages 12+, with adult supervision required for under-18s. Participants must follow all staff instructions, use equipment only as intended, and ensure adequate space before always swinging. No food or drink is permitted in the simulator area. Misuse or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.
Darts Simulator
Dart simulators are recommended for ages 12+, with adult supervision required for under-18s. Darts must only be thrown from the designated throwing line, and darts may only be retrieved once all throws are complete. Horseplay or unsafe conduct is prohibited. Venue-provided equipment only.
c) Size & Physical Restrictions for Racing Simulators
Minimum height: 125 cm (4 ft 1 in)
Maximum height: 198 cm (6 ft 6 in)
Maximum weight: 150 kg (23 stone)
d) Medical Conditions
Participants must inform FO SPORTS LIMITED staff of any pre-existing medical condition that may affect their ability to participate safely.
Conditions requiring disclosure include, but are not limited to:
Heart conditions
Back, neck, or spinal conditions
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Severe motion sickness
Pregnancy
Pregnant individuals are not permitted to use the racing simulators.
FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse participation on medical or safety grounds.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a refund or to move the booking to another available time.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
By confirming your booking, you agree to this cancellation policy.
Behaviour & Conduct
a) Behaviour
Threatening, abusive, anti-social, or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated. FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the venue without refund.
b) Language
While simulator activities may be competitive, inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory language is prohibited. After one warning, repeated violation may result in removal from the venue.
c) Treatment of Equipment
All equipment must be treated with care and respect. Any wilful, negligent, or deliberate damage will be charged to the responsible individual. FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to recover costs for repairs and any associated business losses.
d) Alcohol & Substance Use
Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by individuals aged 18+.
FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse alcohol service.
Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied access to equipment.
Drunk or disorderly behaviour will result in removal from the premises without refund.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
All participants take part entirely at their own risk.
FO SPORTS LIMITED accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, or accidents sustained while using the facilities, except where required by law.
FO SPORTS LIMITED accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Participants are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment.
FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience of others.
Consent & Agreement
By entering the venue and/or completing a booking, all participants and accompanying persons confirm that they:
Have read and understood these Terms of Business and Policies
Meet all stated age, height, weight, and medical requirements
Agree to follow staff instructions and venue rules
Accept all risks associated with participation
FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
